"I have been with these people for almost 2 years and I was just told that a single envelope was sent out and mailed to me and because I missed that they dropped all of my policies without calling me emailing me saying anything to me confirming anything with me, customer service is supposed to be everything and I give you a -10 out of 10 she just said she put in the absolute bare minimum to reach out to me and then told me it was my fault. "Had a insurance policy and recieved in the mail a letter stating it had been cancled by me over the phone. Is funny because i never did call to cancel it. Then call to see why it was cancled an was told it was a error disregard it. Lo g story short still not insured an was reimbursed 3/4 the policy cost. I still wanted the insurance but now just keep bei g told it is being corrected. Have not received any new documents stating i am insured as of yet."
